Well it's been a long time since I have blogged and wow can I say some exciting things have been happening..... November 4th Polkadots & Pinwheels Children's Boutique opened...... It is going awesome and many new changes and artists will be joining us come the beginning of the year. Stay tuned to a new Blog Page just for my New boutique. Fall Collection 2010

We are gearing up for the Holiday Season with items for Halloween and Christmas..... I just had one of our Holiday outfits photographed from Cloud Nine Photographic here in Phoenix, AZ. Let me know what you think. This outfit will be available in several colors and sizes. Along with tutus, onesies, tshirts, dresses, and even tie onesies/tshirts for boys.

Brambleberry Lane Craft Mall

I am super excited..... there is finally going to be a craft mall in Phoenix, AZ again and I am proud to say I am the owner of it. We have to work hard at our Dreams and all mine are finally coming true. I am the real owner of a real Store.

So we are only done with the build out of the first phase and have it almost full of crafters already and the wonderful part is I haven't even had to advertise to get them. The word has spread quickly across the Valley and I have future customers stopping by to see when it will completely open for business. Well good News the first phase will be ready for shopping this weekend. The rest of my vendors are moving in this Thursday.

If you are a crafter located in Arizona we would love for you to be part of our new venture. I am offering super awesome rates for those who join us early. By the time the build out is completed the store will be about 2000 sq ft of shopping. I have been blessed to do this inside a great shopping Marketplace located inside SwapSmart on 43rd Ave & Thunderbird. Without Wayne and his great Staff this couldn't have happened. I will be posting photos soon..... we are having our Huge Banner handpainted to hang inside this weekend and I am super stoked. Can't wait to share that with everyone.

Day 3 of My HCG Weight Loss Program

So yesterday was Day 2 of my Loading Days.... and well through the advice of
a Friend I wasn't doing too well at eating lots of fattening food. Her Quote
"You are eating too Healthy" so I scarfed and scarfed as much as possible
yesterday and for Dinner headed to my Favorite Mexican restaraunt "Valle Luna"
which will be the last time for quite a long time. =( I ordered the #1 Combo
with a Cheese Enchilada, Beef Tamale, Chicken Taco, Rice and Beans. Man was it
delicious. On top of Chips & Salsa and my Last Beer for a long time.... I
successfully finished about 3/4 of the plate of food. Whoa was I stuffed. I
ended my night with a couple of big Tablespoons of Peanut Butter.... another one
of my favorites.... So Hopefully I did well enough on my Load Days to keep my
fuel going for the next 40 days.

~Start of Day 3 ~

Well today is the Day I begin my 500 Calorie Diet....... I woke up and
weighed in at 167.2 lbs today for a total weight gain of 3 lbs for my load
days.... (praying that will be enough). I started my morning off with a Big Cup
of Black Coffee and an Apple. Suprisingly I was quite satisfied with just that.
For lunch I just made a delicious Spinach Salad with some Chicken and a
Sprinkle of Mrs. Dash. I could barely even finish it, it felt like so much
food. I have already gotten in 3 bottles of water for the day and a 2nd cup of
Black Coffee....... I have to say Day 3 so far has been a breeze.... Oh and it
has made me a pee'ing Machine. Praying tomorrow when I weigh in I will see a
drop in weight and each day thereafter.

I did have my mom Take Before Pics of me.... and I am pretty embarrassed by
them because I guess we don't really see ourselves the way we actually look.
Yes I am embarrassed to post these...but to hold myself accountable to my weight
loss journey I have to be true to me and accept what I have allowed myself to do
to me. I want to look back in a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year and say
Wow.... look at all I accomplished. I want to love me Again!

Day 2 of My HCG Weight Loss Program

So yesterday was the First Day of my HCG program and let me tell you when a Diet tells you to eat as much as you can your first two days isn't as easy as it sounds. Over the past few months just trying to eat healthier has made my appetite so much less. So yesterday I decided I would eat Pasta... a Healthy Fat with Shrimp and Veggies, The PF Chang one you can get in the grocery stores Frozen section now..... man was I stuffed from eating that. I didn't think I could eat another bite all day. So finally a few hours later I was able to get myself to eat a Yummy Weight Watchers Lasagna Florentine I had in the Freezer, man was I super stuffed by then.... how in the world is this diet going to work if I can't even eat gobs of food the first two days. A little later I snacked on some Peanuts.... then about an hour later ate some Edamame and then finished the Day off with a Tablespoon of Peanut Butter. Oh and I was a good girl and drank lots of water. I didn't even cheat and Drink a Soda. Told my kids to Drink all my Diet Coke so I have no temptations. So I think my choices were good for Healthy Fatty Foods. Can't wait to get through Day 2 of this Eat all you can part of the Diet.

The Start of Day 2...........................

I woke up feeling kinda icky this morning. I'm sweaty and bloated feeling and am retaining fluid this morning. Really!! I understand the concept behind these first two days of eating....but I don't wanna feel icky. I wanna feel awesome......

So my scale went up slightly which it's supposed to do.... I gained 2.6 lbs. Weighing in at 166.8 this morning. Granted its gotta be the water retention I am feeling this morning.

Well on to Day 2 of Lots of Eating again.... think I am going to start the day off with a Bowl of Fiber One Cereal. =) Can't wait for tomorrow so on Friday I can see the scale going the other direction.

Day 1 of My HCG Weight Loss Program

Well I am finally going to tackle this weight gain after 4 kids, 3 c-sections, a hysterectomy, the loss of a child, a battle with depression and the love of food. The older I am getting the harder it has become. I have tried just about every fad diet out there, I have worked out with personal trainers, I have even tried starving myself (that usually lasts 1 day)..... so I have heard wonderful things about HCG and I decided what the Heck nothing else has worked so I might as well try it. Day 1 & 2 will be the easiest because you actually get to eat all kinds of fattening food to prepare your body for days 3-44.

I have never shared how much I weigh because I have been so sick over it. Even at 9 months pregnant 4 times I have never weighed this much.

Day 1 weight is 164.2 lbs. Eeeeekkkkkk! I would love to weigh 122 again which is what I weighed before I got pregnant for the 3rd time....but my actual goal weight is 130. so I have to lose 34.2 lbs....can I do it? Absolutely. I am so ready to wear a bikini again and actually feel great wearing it.

Stay tuned each day as I post my progress and my weight loss. I do hear the first two days I will most likely gain weight but will lose it all by the 3rd or 4th day.

Happy Sunday Everyone!

Well today is going to be a very busy day...been up sewing all morning...I got orders for a total of 80 Chenille Bibs over the past 4 days so I have lots to do.

We are also celebrating Austin's 7th Birthday later today at Peter Piper Pizza and then back home to start packing for the move to the New House.

Day 1 of being a Wahm

Well unfortunately I was relieved of my duties as a Life Engagement Coordinator yesterday, a Little Sooner than I had hoped for...but I have to say, I am so relieved.

So Today is Day 1 of being a Wahm....and I am so happy. I just don't know where to start though! Thinking I can either organize Fabrics, start packing for our move to a new house in a couple weeks or get busy designing my Spring Line...

Okay so I guess that made it easy....I'm gonna start designing. I can't wait to share the new line with everyone.

I have also begun adding handmade crocheted booties, boots and Kenzie Krocs into my shop.... The Krocs have gotten alot of wonderful reviews already.... can't wait to add tons of new colors and interchangable charms for them.... coming soon!
